Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.

I love what I do and I love things that work. That’s why I try to achieve the smoothest user experience and design those small details that actually makes a difference.

I believe in experimentation, research and informed decisions.

I value all the project’s drafts, as they’re necessary to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and defend choices later on.

Leadership:

I often lead design projects or mentor junior designers.

I always have a collaborative approach, trying to build a shared opinion with the team rather than dictate choices.

In order to evaluate pros and cons of a choice, I generally act as the Devil’s advocate.
